Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet adorned, on the bowl, with Skylla pointing with her left hand; behind neck, B. Rev. ΘOYPIΩN / APH Bull butting right; below, two fish swimming right. HN Italy 1858. Noe 8. SNG ANS -. A beautifully toned and boldly struck example of fine style. Nearly extremely fine.
